Nice place to camp.been tent camping here with my family since i was a kid.it was nice then.and even better now.always clean and .friendly people.paddle boats.golf carts.icecream shack.game room.lil general store.helpfull staff.reasonably priced.if your looking to make great family memories then this is the place..

The roads in the campground are a sand base and very rough which acts like a speed bump. Must carry a flash light at night walking or you may trip on a tree root! The electric in our area keep blowing the circuit breaker. They came right away when you got a hold of someone and luckily we were there when it blew. I worried every time we left our dogs in the motor home as the heat would have killed them if off too long! I would stay here again though!

My husband went for 2weeks with his family and had a blast and we can't wait to take our daughters this summer

The good: beautiful campground, clean and close bathrooms, well-stocked camp store, and nearby camp office. I could get the office WiFi until Saturday, then all of a sudden it was not available. A ton of things for kids to do. (We were not with kids).

We stayed on a hilltop, site 300-something from August 2-6 in my pop up, lil' buddy. The site was extremely unlevel, unless you wanted to put your camper right up to the road, which we did not, so we spent an inordinate amount of time leveling. Once up, we were happy with the amount of space on the lot. We also had room for an EZ up tent and a cooking station as well as our SUV.

The not so good: golf carts everywhere! Yeah, a lot of fun if you rented one, and an annoyance if you don't as they are zipping around constantly. Because of the constant driving we couldn't really enjoy the nature sounds. People in them tended to be loud and definitely going over the 5 MPH speed limit. By Saturday the place was packed and it was pretty ridiculous with them. Would I stay there again? Only if I had young kids.

Very nice and clean campground. Great place for kids with a nice sandy beach if you don't want to go anywhere else. Lots of rules but a must with that many people! The Cape is a short drive but if you get caught in traffic going across the bridge expect long delays. We found some really nice places to eat in the area but still like the fresh seafood on the Cape.

This place was our favorite place to vacation the past three years except this year. Nothing but a head ache since checking in. I highly suggest a better way of distributing the golf carts because it's very unorganized and not fair when your telling people none are available then they magically appear. The golf carts are my kids favorite thing about this place. Next year I'll spend my money elsewhere.
