Like any outlet store it’s hit or miss but we’ve been here when the store is loaded with good buys. Full of size and color choices. Also when merchandise is a bit scarce . Sales staff has always been pleasant! Def recommend!
If you buy something here make sure its going to fit. I received a gift from there, it did not fit, went to exchange it for the right size, they have horrible size selection, I did not have receipt due to it being a gift, so they gave me the lowest price for it, they dont even offer you store credit. Do not recommend this outlet, shop at the main store

They do not take return at stores when you buy online. They only do returns on Monday thru Friday. Next business day. Weak return policy.
I do enjoy their clothing. It's sort of the IZOD of Cape Cod. If you can go there while they're having a Blowout Sale Or an Outlet Sale...you'll get to pay a fair price, otherwise the mark up is very high. Staff is a mixed bag..Either very nice and helpful or snobby & judgemental. This location IS wheelchair accessible.
