Typical tow yard, cash only, daily storage, but I guess that's the way it is with tow operators. Otherwise, they towed the car when they said without any further damage.
Depot Auto service is exceptionally reasonable with their labor and towing rates considering how expensive parts insurance and fuel expenses can be I have an old truck that I am slowly restoring witch is hard to find parts for and they are willing to do repairs on it that most of the local garages that I talked to will not touch or charge to much money for and they bend over backwards to please their customers
I have so far received excellent service from Depot Auto and have nothing negative to say. Ron was very respectful towards me and took care of all the needs of my vehicle in a timely manner plus he was very reasonable with his prices. I will continue servicing my car in the future with Ron at Depot Auto.
We had called for a cash tow, the person said they could tow it in a few hours. No problem to us as it broke down in a safe place. However when it became late afternoon and we still had not been towed we called. We were told the driver was sent home and we were out of luck. Unreliable towing! Wish I could have given NO STARS!
