Fairly new property. Hot water runs out about 6:15. Their discounted rates have additional requirements than other properties. No coffee at breakfast buffett, it is located in the lobby. No papers delivered to the rooms even of you are a silver or gold member. Only Pepsi products in cooler, batteries in remote were dead, toiletries and medicine stock was depleted.
Mattress in our room needed replacement. Laundry room and indoor swimming pool. Plenty of parking space. Very pleasant a c helpful staff.
I have been to 100s of Marriott properties and love the brand, but this is not a top end location. Maybe it is new and evolving, but it has some challenges to overcome.
The hotel is jammed in a parking with the 99s restaurant and a night club. Parking come night time is a nightmare. Room was clean and had amenities that I had liked but bathroom was small. The rooms in the front of the building need much better window curtain 1st floor anyways as I could literally see someone getting out of their shower. It was at 9pm o'clock take a look for yourself management. The heating and cooling in the rooms need help call maintenance. Staff was polite. But close to Tomas Land so pick it choose your poison.
Room was great! It was big and had enough room for my two kids to play. The kitchen area was perfect and had everything you needed. The location of the hotel is 13 minutes from Thomas Land and has many amenities right in the parking lot. It shares it with 3 great places to eat and not even 5 minutes away is a shopping center with shopping and more restaurants. It was perfect for my family and I and we will definitely be back!
Great hotel. Pool was warm and breakfast was awesome. Love the late checkout. Weekend breakfast ladies are super friendly and very helpful.
Breakfast room unviting with a small serving area that gets quite congested at peak time.
Pros: staff is wonderful, great dinner recommendation, and bar / restaurant located in parking lot (walking distance). Very adequate parking, clean room, and comfortable accomodations.
New hotel with 1 king size or 2 queen size bed with full kitchen.
