I'd leave zero stars of possible. I sent my race teams pallet of tires to my east coast shop from Colorado. With no notice or anything to myself or the delivery end they left my pallet at some random shop not even near or related to mine. When they called and said that's where they are I corrected them from Colorado that they were nowhere near the address let alone successfully delivered. They told me that's where they are you can go move them yourself. They literally gave thousands of dollars worth of tires to someone i have no idea who they are. So at 4 am I got a call from a guy yelling at me why my tires are at his shop! I wouldn't hire these guys to handle roadkill let alone anything of value or time importance. My sponsor has stopped using them for any and all customer shipments in the area they cover. Beyond unacceptable.
