Very courteous, helpful and friendly staff. My repair was made in half the time I expected. Waiting room very comfortable and quiet.
I am from out of state, visiting family in MA. My tire pressure monitor system failed. The service manager (Andy) took my car in imediatly and made a minor repair himself, no charge! Total time at the dealership: less than 15 minutes. I wish I could take this dealership home with me.
I recently brought my 2014 Terrain to Robertsons Gmc for service at the recommendation of a local mechanic who is considered excellent, by many. The vehicle was dropped off on a Thursday and the service advisor said that they where extremely busy but would look at it the following week, he advised against making an appointment because they where booking two weeks to three weeks out and just leaving it would be much faster. The following week at the end of the week they still hadn't looked at the car which was reasonable, everyone is busy. The end of the second week, the service advisor said they still hadn't seen it but would be looking at it next week. Keep in mind if an appointment had been made the day would be coming up very shortly at this point. None the less at that point it seemed the vehicle would get repaired or at least looked at the following week. At the end of the third week and now the appointment dates that could of been taken originally had passed, the car had not even moved from where it was parked when dropped off. Jim the service advisor that had been involved from the beginning said they would try to look at it some time "this week", that being said he hadn't managed to look at it three weeks into it so what was I supposed to do. When asked do you think you can look at it this week, he responded "I don't know", so why would I continue to leave my car there and not have anyone look at it. It would of been a month a week later and I still had no reassurances that they would even look at the car. I would not recommend them and I certainly one consider them for my future business.
Mark Lowney was excellent to deal with, he made the paperwork a breeze. GMC Sierra 2500 how can you go wrong.
I got exactly what I wanted. Jim was most helpful in helping me decide on what was the best vehicle for my needs. Over all great experience. I will be returning for my next vehicle
