Wareham Ford is absolute the best dealership all around. The sales department is great, ask for Serena aka Speedy! She will do anything to find you the perfect car for you. I purchased a new fully loaded Explorer Sport in January of this year. Serena made the experience easy and pleasant. I look forward to doing business with her in the future.
Have not been there for puchasing a vehicle, so my review pertains to their parts dept. which i have used on 3 occasions.. 2 of the times they had what i needed in stock, the third time they had to order the part (understandable since it was not a common part and was for a 13yo pickup). But they said they would have it for me the next day, and sure enough, as promised, I got a message the next day that it was there and ready for me to pick up.
The guy at the parts desk was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There is another delarship that is 2 or 3 miles closer to me, but for the service i get, they are the ones i will continue to use. Highly recommend them !
Best car buying experience I've ever had. No pressure from salespeople, no attempt to sell me anything I didn't want, just honest folks whose only aim was to get me in the vehicle I wanted as quickly as possible and for a fair price. If you're in the market for a new or used Ford, I would highly recommend this small dealership that treats customers like family.
Went to Wareham Ford to buy a Mustang. The experience was very good. I don't think anyone wants to go to a car dealer. My last purchase at another dealer ended with me yelling at the salesman and the manager. When I got to Wareham Ford I was treated with respect from all concerned. Serena, the sales person answered my questions and sold me the car I wanted without bs. The other dealership needs to take lessons. Without a doubt I will return for my next car /truck.
Wareham Ford's collision department is just as great as their sales. Unfortunately I got rear-ended about a week an a half ago and called Serena right away, and she put me in touch with Bobby in the collision department. He took care of everything for us. He dealt with the insurance appraiser, got the parts to come in pretty quickly, and repaired my car. In addition my car was detailed inside and out before I got it back. He did an amazing job, it looks just like it did when it was in the showroom.
