Dave was extremely helpful! Got my new battery made an appointment for service next week and the guys had me out of there under an hour.
I've only used them so far for oil changes and will continue going there because they offer a great service!
5 year, 150,000 mile, ceramic brake pads were taken out and replaced with sawdust pads that lasted one year and turned my truck black. This is how the brake game works. Shame on the Midas Corporation for allowing this facility to remain in operation.
P.S. I just noticed that the only positive review within the past year is from Henry Williams who works at Midas. Like I said, DISHONEST.
They knew I needed other work done after getting the wheel bearing fixed and should have known that the smart business decision would have been not to charge me for the labor and $25 "shop supples" since they weren't going to honor their quote. I then would have felt like it was an honest mistake instead of feeling like I've been taken for a ride.
Needed a wheel bearing replaced. They quoted me a total price of $300. I left the car there and when I got home they called me and told me they misquoted me and now the part alone was going to be $400. $540 total. I checked on-line and found the parts for way less. When I told them not to fix it, they told me that they already took it apart and wouldn't be able to get it back together again without a new bearing. Then they told me they would call around to see if they could find a better price and would call me right back. 2 1/2 hours later they called to tell me it was all set. I get there and was indeed charged $540.
