Shipping and receiving department is deplorable. I have been waiting for my order for over an hour now. They have you call ahead to avoid this then I show up and they don't have anybody on site license to operate the forklift needed to take my item off the shelf. That is totally inexcusable and extremely unprofessional. Over an hour and I'm still waiting ridiculous
My husband and I have taken on the task of completely renovating our only bathroom. We went to Lowe's today to pick out the bathtub tile. Of course this is easier said than done! Adding to the stress, we had our six year old son with us who wanted no part of it, with good reason! The gentleman that was working in the tile department not only helped us with technical support but kept our son occupied by showing him how to make paper airplanes! He made our day!
The associate then help me did a great job and they found the product of needed. It was a very good price
I wanted a new range hood; the one I had didn't do the job. I wanted white, not stainless. There were a few choices, but I didn't know which one was best. I luckily got Mandy, who walked me through the differences, went to the computer several times to compare one with another, and basically helped me sort through my options. She's professional and personable, and if I need anything else at this Lowe's, I'll be sure to ask for her.
Worst experience at this Lowe’s I was at the dartmouth Lowe’s and purchased kitchen cabinets with a sale and they didn’t have more so I came to Wareham to purchase more sadly The manager April here was very rude un professional, She acted as if we were a bother... I’m sorry if u don’t like your job... I’m just trying to buy cabinets I’m sorry I the customer wanted to purchase something!!!
