my husband and I were on our way to pick out and buy a new washer/dryer set and kitchen appliances since we are remodeling our home...the sales girl showed up once and then went missing ...after walking around this big ass place asking random sales people if they had seen her,we have up ,took a picture of all the model #'s and ordered them at home..Dont know if they get s commission on this stuff but the store lost an ass load of money....ohh well
Staff need training. People working on the floor often don't know what products they sell and can't answer basic questions about items. I like to buy online and pick up in store, but the poor customer service folks are so confused, it takes them 20-30 minutes to find the order in their order closet that is right there by their desk. Everything is someone else's job and the customer is the least important person in the store. Today may be my last visit. Easier and faster to order stuff from amazon.

Poor customer service, several employees don’t have knowledge, don’t care about the customer and don’t even try to find a solution to a problem they have created. Don’t know if it is only this store as in other states I never had a problem with HD. Good there is Lowe’s in Wareham so they will get my business
He spent the necessary time with us, explaining about plants, potting soils, fertilizers etc..
But they dont know how to help you with certain things because they dont know were anything is. #poopedtoday
