Friendly, courteous, compassionate staff from the moment you walk in to even the day after with a phone call checking on how you are doing after your visit. That is the extra mile they go, which as far as I'm concerned, is special. They don't just forget about you.
Great place, I’ve had stitches many times and the people in this place were very friendly and accommodating, a bit of a wait but that wasn’t too bad. Overall an hour and I was in and out with my new stitches

I felt that we received excellent, professional and courteous medical care. Walked in with my 10-year old and with a knee injury. The intake paramedic was extremely thorough and spoke and in a way that made my child comfortable and cared for. We waited over an hour but tvs in waiting room and exam room. Monitors in waiting let you know where you are in line and about how much longer to wait. Highly recommend and extremely grateful. We are spoiled in this country and have the audacity to complain about waiting...have to add...tgey just called 2 days later to see how she was doing!!! Very happy!
The staff is polite and the facility is clean, but they could work on their organization a little bit better. Like how they didn’t have change for $100 bill when I was giving them $73 so they don’t have $27 in change, so then they asked me to walk around and find my own change so I could pay for the shot that I didn’t need to take because they gave it to me last year but they didn’t tell me that until after I paid for it. Then told me that I could’ve gotten it for free from my primary care doctor. What a waste of my time and money. Be warned
Extremely fast, reliable, professional, and thorough treatment and service! They are always a great place to go for excellent service. I will definitely return and recommend this facility!
