I must admit I'm pretty disappointed with the care that I received and the lack of a call back when I left a message. I was sent by my doctor to see if physical therapy would help with the pain from my IT band. The PT was so rough with my leg that I have a large bruise on my thigh and it's very sore to the touch. I called today and was routed to the voicemail left a message for a return and wanted to cancel the rest of my appointments.....no call back nothing....I'm in more pain now than when I went in on Tuesday..NEVER AGAIN.....NEVER!!!!!!
I was very pleased with the staff, professionalism and results of my PT here after my knee replacement. I would highly recommend South Coast.
