Food not so good .ribs were ok but the same old same old poor sides rock hard broccoli, un tasteful potatoes. Burnt onion rings (twice)... So prices average watch your slip for overcharges.
We had hair in our food. Our waitress brought a new meal over and when we went to pay the bill she went to the manager to take off the second meal. I paid with my debit card and when I got home I looked at my bank account and they had charged me for both meals. I'm still fighting with them to refund me the $16. I will never step foot in here again and if you were smart if you go here bring cash only
On 12/26/17 I ordered a takeout flat bread pizza. When I opened the container the pizza was burnt. Totally black cheese and not edible.
Plainly inedible. Rubbery chicken fingers, egg rolls filled with an indistinguishable tasting spicy mush. Ham handed at best. Feel like we were duped. I will never give them another chance to disappoint me on a Friday night

I could not believe the kitchen put this in a to go box rather than the trash.
I called to complain but was told the manager was busy cooking and they requested that I call back.
6/30 @ 7:45 this is the first time we visited this chili's. For starters our waitress had zero personality and appeared resentful to her place of employment. Hardly often showing up to our table and it wasnt even busy. Secondly, our salad taste bad, I mean really bad like the chicken was next to cleaning supplies. I didn't even eat it because I was fearful of getting sick. While my husband was more daring. They offered to comp one salad or replace the meal. However I chose to leave hungry and not take any chances in getting sick. Chili's get it together! Because we love all the other chili locations visited.
#2. When you cannot help a customer with a complaint ask for their contact info. So the manager can call them back.
