Manager Jill is always welcoming and accommodating. She's very friendly and has made me and my family feel welcome by remembering not only names, but orders too. We come often and she has yet to give us an unpleasant experience.

If the option for NO stars was available, I would mark it so, they don't understand what bacon cheeseburger means. They gave me hamburgers and when I called to complain about it the idiot manager told me to come work for them so "someone will know what to do since you know everything" and she let her grill crew laugh at me. This place is a joke and if I had the power to revoke their licenses to vend in the town I would. This place is a joke, just go to Minerva's.
If I could give a zero rating I would. It's supposed to be an all you can eat for $4.99. Sounds like a great deal however at this location there was no pizza available for 30 minutes. The deal is implemented in a manner that is completely FRUSTRATING!!! You're given two slices of your choice or pasta. NOTE: You can't get them at the same time. You are forced to finish your first selection before you are able to obtain another slice or change to the pasta. You must then finish that selection before you are able to obtain another. NOTE: The pasta and sauce was bland. During this entire time customers are entering the restaurant. You are either forced to cut in line or wait until the line has been reduced to obtain your selection. The customer service is HORRIBLE!! The staff was making pizza with no gloves!! I would not go to this location again for a dine-in experience or carry-out.
Somehow my order got messed up. Probably my fault.. Anyway the manager went out of her way to make it right. Fantastic service and excellent food!!
