One person working registers and putting together orders. Stood in line for over a half hour!!!!!!! Never going back
I've been in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes now and I'm still 3 cars away from ordering. Every single time I come to this Wendy's it has been closed because of staffing or some other reason. This is the first time it has actually been open. I can see why it's always closed. I think it's actually quicker to get your food that way.
Went to eat inside and service was terrible. The employees including the manager were all yelling at each other even causing everyone sitting inside to stop eating and take a look. They also mixed up everyone’s order. Will not be returning.
Slow service. You call this fast food. I was late returning back to work. This place needs to be shut down.
Every time this location gets busy they always seem to screw up an order. Is it worth exchanging a burger when you order the spicy chicken sandwich and wait 30mins just to do so? No it's pointless over a $3 sandwich. You say you want a $15 minimum wage then prove you can actual follow a very simple order.
